Heritage Web Solutions has been in partnership with the Fibernet Corporation as a client and reseller of Fibernet’s hosting services. Despite the business relation of the two web hosting company, Fibernet does not intend to buy Heritage Web Solutions.

Based on the reports released by the Better Business Bureau, there are 972 complaints against Heritage for the last three years with over half of them are filed last year. Unfinished websites on deadline plus rejected verbal statements of customers are among the charges faced by Heritage. It is then ranked as the 10th worst rating in complaintsboard.com.

As of now, thirty thousand clients of Heritage are trying to communicate with the web host provider but with no successful results.
