A Dedicated Server Provider, Layered Technologies Provides Microsoft Hyper-V
Sunday, June 29th, 2008Layered Technologies, a provider of “on-demand” IT infrastructure, announced on 25th June 2008 their second major product release at the second annual LT PACT conference. Layered Technologies says that working in direct conjunction with Microsoft, They are the first web hosting provider to provide Hyper-V. They explains that Hyper-V, previously codenamed Viridian, is a hypervisor-based technology that is a key feature of Windows Server 2008, this allows virtualization of multiple operating systems on the one server. It provides a reliable, scalable, and highly available virtualization platform.
