Telecommunications and web hosting provider TDS Telecommunications announced few days ago it has named Phil LaForge the company's COO (chief operating officer) of TDS Hosted & Managed Services and solutions. He will play a primary role in the company's merger and acquisition strategy, which includes finalizing several important company deals that TDS is expected to announce in near future.
