For, it has landed as much as $14 million as a series B funding. This is the second round of Series B funding – first round of $7 million was secured in the month of August this year.

The first installment of $7 million was secured a few months back and remaining $7 million were secured this week. It was further elaborated in their statement that this concludes the series B funding pursuit of the company.
While providing the details about the investors, CEO Daren Brannan informed that Merck Global Health Innovation, which is the strategic partner of the company has been the contributor in this fundraising campaign. Other investors in the second round of funding included Excel Venture Management and Norwest Venture Partners. In his statement CEO of the company said, “The IT demands in healthcare organizations are greater than ever – and they will continue to grow as big data and analytics take hold in the industry”. He further added that, “Our investors recognize the escalating need for hosting and services in the cloud that can help these organizations reduce IT costs while improving productivity, reliability, security, regulatory compliance, business continuity and agility”.
