Web Hosting & Managed Service Provider Macquarie Names Group Executive for Operations Department

Greatresponder.com on Sep. 05, 2012 : Web hosting and managed services provider Macquarie Telecom has announced that Mr. William Priest would be the group executive for operations of Macquarie managed and telecom services company, Australia. This announcement was made by company management earlier that week. Macquarie telecom is well known managed services, telecom services, cloud services, and web hosting service provider headquartered in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

It was further informed in the statement that Mr. Priest would be responsible for delivery of operations and customer care of the company with great emphasis on excellence of these portfolios in the country and across the region. He would also be responsible for the initiatives of both internal as well as external strategies to develop.  Meanwhile, he would also be responsible for management of Macquarie Hub, which is company’s state of the art customer contact center costing about $5 million. He will be reporting to the chief executive of Macquarie telecom and web hosting company.

Mr. Tudehope one of the directors of the company, in his statement, said, “As our business continues to grow, there was a clear case to diversify our leadership at the executive level; Priest’s years of international experience in this space, coupled with extensive market knowledge and management skills, make him the ideal candidate for this role.”

There is very strong and large team of more than 120 employees working in customer service management department and network operations department will be reporting to Mr. Priest for better delivery of customer services and operations of the networks.

Mr. Priest possesses a vast and multidimensional experience of more than 32 years; his experience includes 15 years of senior management role in different well known multinational companies around the Globe. These companies are France telecom Orange group, IBM, Price Water house, AT&T and others.
