GreatREsponder.com on July 27, 2012 : SixDegrees cloud and web hosting company announced on Thursday July 26, 2012 that it have finalized and materialized the acquisition of cloud computing center or CCC based in Surrey UK. CCC is a mid size web hosting specialized in cloud hosting company in United Kingdom. This news was announced through press release; although the terms of acquisition were not mentioned in the press release statement. It addition to this news, it was also informed that a fund of as much as $ 125 million have been secured from Penta Capital by SixDegrees web hosting company.
Cloud Computing Center company has been in managed web hosting business since 1999; it possess a more than one hundred mid market enterprise customers that spent at an average of about $50000 per year. This will strengthen the market position of SixDegrees Company on this domain of business.
Group CEO of SixDegrees group said, “We may bring businesses in to give us scale, more customers, more revenue, more profitability; or we may bring a business in that’s got a better way of doing something but it aligns to the product we’re trying to deliver. CCC’s competency as a Microsoft Gold Partner and Silver Hosting Partner will bring “incremental skill sets” to its Microsoft Hyper-V offering.”
