Web Hosting Rackspace of UK has been nominated for the eight year to have the annual awards. This ceremony has been held by the Great Place to Work Institute in UK. The United Kingdom Best Workplaces Awards is run by the Great Place to Work Institute, an international research and management consultancy that helps organisations identify, create and sustain great workplaces through the development of high trust workplace cultures.
The business who want to participate should be qualified and able to fulfilled the three requirements for a great workplace. First, the employee should trust their management; second the employees should taking pride in what they do, and third the employees should enjoying working with their colleagues.
More than 5,500 business are included in the global Best Workplaces Program and the Great Place to Work Institute programs runs in 48 countries which is 18 in Europe. Also Web Hosting Rackspace has been included as part of the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies awards’“best place to work” in the UK, along with Fortune’s Top 100 US Workplaces list.
