Thanks to the new design, the web hosting company’s clients will be able to log into their accounts on the site to be able to access their billing and account information. They will also be able to access and contact Brain Host’s Billing Department.
The website’s new design has many other additions to the site such as a News Room, company blog, new educational mini-videos, and links to the web host‘s social media sites. Those new addition allow followers the opportunity to access special content and contests.
A prolonged and updated Support Center Knowledge Base was also added as a feature to the site. The web hosting company’s clients can find answers to common questions presented in both video and PDF format in this Center Knowledge Base.
Brain Host has also made their sign-up process easier, giving customers the options to easily transfer their existing domain or register a new domain. The web host has also reorganized their Client Services Department to better accommodate their customers’ support needs.
