Greatresponder.com – 2011-08-01 – On Wednesday, the innovative web hosting provider PEER 1 Hosting made the announcement that it has appointed the position of chief marketing officer to Steve Patti. The web hosting company has also hired for other spots as well.
Jad Jebara was titled senior VP of finance and administration. Jebara was formerly the VP of finance and IT in the company. Brenton Brown, on his side, was titles the new VP of finance. He previously held the position of the director of corporate finance at PEER 1.
This announcement came immediately after the web hosting company stated that its data centers located in Portsmouth, UK, will have the lowest PUE rating in the country.
According to the press release, the new chief marketing officer, Steve Patti, will supervise the global marketing efforts across the North American and EMEA mark of PEER 1 Hosting as well as ServerBeach.
Along with other duties, the web hosting company stated that Steve Patti will be accountable for leading the brand strategy and management, industry-thought leadership and social and community evangelism.
PEER 1 has newly prolonged its partner program across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. According to the press release, Patti’s new role will play a big part complimenting this growth of the web hosting provider in the global marketplace.
“With more than 20 years of leadership marketing experience, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge to our team in areas including business development, licensing, channel development, and B2C and B2B experience. We are thrilled to have him leading our marketing organization and continuing the great work the current marketing team has done for our company” said the president and CEO of PEER1 Hosting, Fabio Banducci, in a statement.
Before being the chief marketing officer at PEER 1 Hosting, Patti used to be the VP of marketing and business development at Generations Federal Credit Union. There Patti led sales, marketing and brand management.
