According to press release, companies have already discussed main details about the deal and should finalize the rest nuances within next month, said Capgemini CEO Paul Hermelin.

Founded in 2006, Prosodie experienced great growth for only 5 years. Today Prosodie has a team of 861 members and revenue of $246 millions.

mr. Hermelin is hoping he can increase and even double the company’s revenues in near future by expanding its services outside European borders.

Prosodie web hosting isn’t first purchase of Capgemini this year. However it probably the largest purchase of Capgemini since it purchased Brazilian IT services firm CPM Braxis last September.

The company is still seeking to acquire other web hosting companies and prospective IT services providers in Europe, said mr. Hermelin.

Capgemini company made a 14.5 percent increase in revenues to $3.4 billion in the first quarter of 2011 year.

To meet this growth, the Capgemini company has also increased its staff by 20 percent to 112,127 employees in the past year.
