Greatresponder.com – 2010-11-03 – Consonus, a colocation provider and a data center operator said that they will host the third annual Internet Summit on November 17 and 18 in Raleigh, North Carolina, the event will take place at the Raleigh Convention Center.
Steve Bulmer, CTO of Consonus will be hosting a panel to discuss the “Future of Cloud Computing” at 11:10 a.m. to 12:20 p.m on November 18, 2010. The discussion will concentrate on the latest trends and innovations in cloud hosting.
“Attendees can look forward to a lively discussion from an exceptional panel of industry expertise, represented by open source and commercial cloud technology providers, as well as some of the most iconic SaaS/PaaS/IaaS providers today,” says Bulmer. “We will be discussing topics from convergence and commoditization, as well as security, technical innovation, and insights as to the future adoption of cloud technologies.”
Presented by Southern Capitol Ventures and TechMedia, the Internet Summit supports Web-based entrepreneurial activity, innovation, and the resultant economic development of the southeast region.
This event is intended to encourage “forward thinking and thought leadership on topics related to the Internet economy and Web technologies,” says Consonus.
